Terms & Conditions
- Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only after 50% down payment is received and verified.
- Payment Deadline: All payments must be completed within the specified deadline to secure your booking.
- Responsibility: Kalikasan Turismo Uno Travel and Tours is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes caused by unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or airline issues.
- Traveler Information: Customers must provide accurate personal information for bookings. Any errors must be corrected before final confirmation.
- Travel Requirements: Passengers are responsible for ensuring they meet visa, passport, and other travel requirements
- Force Majeure: The company reserves the right to make necessary adjustments due to force majeure events.
- Changes to Terms: Kalikasan Turismo Uno Travel and Tours reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Payment Flow
- Reservation: Confirm your booking by paying a 50% down payment via your preferred payment channel (bank transfer, GCash, etc.).
- Payment Verification: A booking confirmation receipt will be sent once payment is verified.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 7 days before your scheduled trip.
- Late Payment: Failure to settle the balance on time may result in automatic cancellation of your booking without refund of the down payment.
Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Payments: Deposit payments made to confirmed bookings are generally non-refundable but may be rescheduled, subject to availability and additional fees.
- Cancellations by Client: If a customer cancels a booking, refund will be provided on a case-to-case basis. In addition, rescheduling may be allowed if notified at least 7 days before the scheduled trip.
- Cancellations by Kalikasan Turismo Uno Travel and Tours: If we must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative travel arrangement will be provided.
- Processing Time: Refund requests (if applicable) will be processed within 15-30 business days.
- Service Fees: Any refund issued may be subject to service fees and third-party transaction charges.
